Reading outside of the Box- Science Fiction

Title: Maximum Boy starring in the day everything tasted like broccoli.
Author: Dan Greenburg
Opinion: I found this book exciting because it’s very adventurous and very unpredictable in the crime fighting chapters because you don't know if the superhero will win or the villain.
Recommendation: I recommend this book to 7-11yrs. I recommend reading this book if you like superheroes and crime fighting.
Blurb: This book is about meteors that give humans super powers! Like this one boy Max Silver, he woke up and he was Maximum Boy! The only people that know about Max’s secret identity are his family, Mum, Dad and his sister Tiffany, his best friend, Charlie, the President of the United States of America, and Max’s teacher, Mrs Mulvahill. Mrs Mulvehill gets frustrated when the President calls and says Max has to go on a mission because he never gets any work done on time. Trevor Fartmeiser the big bully at school basically tortures Max and Max wants to use his super strength and punch Trevor as hard as he can be he can't blow his cover. When Max finds out that someone called the “Tastemaker” is making everything tastes like broccoli, Max goes after him with his mate Tortoise Man, The Tastemaker is pretty tough and Max is allergic to maths and he weakens when he hears a math problem, will the tastemaker find out max’s allergy and use it against him? Read the book and find out!!!!
