  • helping someone carry their things

  • receiving a compliment

  • feeling good about yourself
  • walking away from conflict when angry

4. Social well-being (taha whanau) .......
  • going to visit a sick family member
  • encouraging someone
  • giving someone our opinion
  • texting a friend
